Ms. Lancioni's comprehensive understanding of communications stems from her diverse roles as a journalist, public relations executive, communications strategist, and college professor. Her professional journey includes pivotal contributions to renowned PR agencies such as Edelman, Ogilvy, and Weber-Shandwick, along with impactful collaborations with global corporations like ADP, Creditsafe, IBM, NCR, PanAmSat, and UPS.

In 2006, Kathryn founded Presenting Perfection, a consultancy that offers strategic guidance, training, and support to domestic and global organizations. Simultaneously, she has dedicated herself to shaping the next generation of communicators, sharing her knowledge and experience with students at institutions including Rutgers University, Fairleigh Dickinson University, Montclair State University, Seton Hall University, St. John Fisher College, and William Paterson University. Her influence extends to institutions including Columbia Business School, Columbia University, Cornell University, Rutgers University, and Temple University, where she has delivered guest lectures and served as a featured speaker at international conferences.

In recognition of her outstanding contributions, Ms. Lancioni was honored as one of PR News' "People of the Year" in 2023, lauded as one of the top two educators in the public relations industry. Beyond her professional pursuits, Kathryn Lancioni actively engages with academia and industry. She holds positions on the Advisory Council of Entrepreneurship at Cornell University, the Advisory Board of the Market Research Center at the Stillman School of Business of Seton Hall University, and serves as Vice President of the Global Media Executive Council (GMEC).

As the author of three books—Communication Research, Public Relations: The Changing Global Landscape, and The Practice of Public Relations, all published by Kendall Hunt—she has made significant contributions to the literature of her field.
