Ana Pinczuk

Ana Pinczuk is the President and Chief Product and Technology Officer at SentinelOne, a cybersecurity company that protects endpoints, cloud workloads, identities, and data with its AI-driven, autonomous security platform. Most recently, she was the Chief Operating Officer at Dexterity, a leading AI robotics software startup. Previously, she served as the Chief Development Officer at Anaplan, President and General Manager for HPE’s $8B+ services business, and Chief Product Officer at Veritas where she led their $2.5B business. Ana spent 15 years at Cisco where she held various roles including SVP, Global Services Sales, Services COO, SVP Global Services Support, and VP Engineering high-end routing platform and IOS software. Ana began her career at AT&T Bell Laboratories as a systems engineer and held numerous roles, including Vice President responsible for deploying AT&T’s Internet backbones.

Ana is on the boards of Aptiv (APTV), SentinelOne (S), and SmartRent (SMRT), and on the Board of Trustees for Cornell University. She has received numerous honors and awards, including NACD Directorship 100, Board Prospects 2024 Top 100 Hispanic Leaders, Latino Leaders Top 100 Most Influential Latinas in 2021 and 2020, ALPFA 2019 Top 50 Latinas, and Fortune’s Top 50 Latinas in 2018 and 2017, Watermark 2018 Make Your Mark Development Award, and the 2016 Women of Influence Award.

Ana holds a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Cornell University, a Master of Technology Management from the University of Pennsylvania's Wharton School, a Master of Science in Software Management from Carnegie Mellon University, and a MS, Cybersecurity Risk and Strategy from New York University.
